For ten years we have been running our UK knitters' tours. Many of our regular travellers have asked us to go further afield. So in 2011 we are venturing into Morocco!

| The trip will start and finish in Casablanca - a city with excellent international air links. |

| We shall be based for four to five nights in each of three fascinating cities: |
- Imperial MEKNES charming and mysterious

- Magical MARRAKECH full of action and excitement

- Laidback arty ESSAOUIRA on the Atlantic coast
|
| Jean will guide you to create your own Moroccan sweater inspired by the colours, patterns and textures of the souqs, gardens, textiles and landscapes.
We'll each record our journey in a knitted diary. Design workshops and regular knitting clinics with Jean. Visit carpet co-operatives and meet traditional weavers and other wool artisans. |
